International Convention is a time for us to come together to learn more about our fraternity, recognize the exemplary work of our undergraduates and chapters/colonies, socialize and network with brothers from more than 190 colleges and universities across seven countries, acquire tools and best practices to improve our chapters/colonies, and—most importantly—to have fun!

For nearly a decade, Alpha Epsilon Pi has been providing undergraduate brothers a variety of additional leadership learning opportunities as a part of its annual International Convention. With leadership tracks including Jewish Identity, Tikkun Olam and Civic Engagement, these programs offer AEPi brothers an unequaled opportunity to learn from alumni and some of the top people in the fields of business, government and media.

If you are attending any of our Summer Advanced Leadership Conferences, you MUST attend Convention. Please register at

The Hineni Jewish Identity Enrichment Conference offers two separate tracks: Jewish Identity and Tikkun Olam. The Jewish Identity track allows brothers to reflect on their Jewish identity and discover ways to strengthen the Jewish Identity of their chapters. The Tikkun Olam track empowers brothers to take the values of AEPi and the Jewish people into their community to help the less fortunate and make their community a better place.
Attendees receive a $100 reimbursement for Convention registration.

At the Michael A. Leven Leadership Institute, brothers learn the essential tools to become a successful leader and manager. The conference bolsters business leadership skills to prepare attendees for their future career. This conference is geared toward undergraduate brothers who currently or previously have held a position within the chapter, with particular emphasis on rising seniors.
Attendees receive a $100 reimbursement for Convention registration.

The Civic Summer Engagement Conference teaches undergraduate brothers the intricate workings of student government elections and how to successfully navigate them. Attendees undergo a thorough training session to prepare them to run their own campaign for student government election and/or manage another individual’s campaign for student government election.
Attendees receive a $100 reimbursement for Convention registration.

More than 2,000 AEPi brothers gather for our regional Conclaves every year in order to meet and connect with brothers, learn best practices for chapter management and operation and gain a deeper understanding of the fraternity.

Each year, ten chapters are selected to learn best practices for fundraising and philanthropy engagement to raise $10,000 for AEPi’s Official Philanthropy Program (OPP). Learn more at

Undergraduates learn how to effectively advocate for a cause they are passionate about through lectures, group discussions and personal meetings with high-ranking government officials.

Brothers come together as leaders in the pro-Israel movement and discuss best practices on how to effectively advocate for Israel on campus and combat anti-Israel activities and BDS resolutions.

Chapter presidents from each region share in successes and failures and work together to develop action plans for future development of the fraternity.
