Welcome to the Alpha Epsilon Pi Awards Page, where we celebrate the exceptional achievements of our Brothers and chapters. We believe that recognizing excellence is crucial in fostering a strong, supportive community, and we are proud to showcase the outstanding work and dedication of our members.

  • Communication with HQ is outstanding
  • Successfully runs his executive board and chapter
  • Is a well-respected member of the chapter and fraternity as a whole
  • Goes above and beyond to ensure the success of the chapter
  • Builds positive relationships with other University and greek organizations
  • Promotes the health and safety of the chapter
  • Is incredibly knowledgeable of AEPi, the chapter, and the university
  • Host at least 1 Jewish event per semester for the Brotherhood
  • Attend/CoSponsor at least 1 Jewish community event per month
  • Respond in a meaningful way to any acts of antisemitism on their campus
  • Raise money for a Jewish cause (extra consideration for OPP) and/or volunteer with a Jewish organization.
  • Dues must have been paid off in full.
  • No H&S violations must have taken place.
  • Overall increase in the number of initiated Brothers must have taken place when compared to previous year.
    • For chapters under 40, an increase of 15% of New Member class must have taken place.
    • For chapters 40-100, an increase of 10% of New Member class must have taken place.
    • For chapters 100+, an increase of 5% of New Member class must have taken place.
  • Retention rate during the New Member program must be at – or above – 85%.
  • Must have had at least 3 Jewish/Israel events.
  • In addition, groups will be evaluated on:
    • The amount of Brothers holding leadership roles in other organizations.
    • The amount of philanthropy dollars raised; an attainable goal is $36 a Brother raised (extra consideration for OPP).
  • At least 1 hour of community service per Brother

  • Brother represents his chapter in an outstanding way
  • Promotes Judaism in a positive way
  • Participates in other clubs/organizations on campus
  • Communicates with HQ when needed and attends International meetings
  • Is a fantastic ambassador of AEPi
  • Consistently prepares and dispenses accurate minutes and agendas of all chapter and executive board meetings
  • Keeps accurate records of parent and alumni information
  • Conducts prompt correspondence with AEPi International Staff and other chapters 
  • Keep MyAEPi up to date with current officers. 
  • Updates chapter materials in a timely manner including but not limited to the chapter constitution, bylaws, and records of chapter structure.
  • Consistently prepares and dispenses accurate minutes and agendas of all chapter and executive board meetings
  • Keeps accurate records of parent and alumni information
  • Conducts prompt correspondence with AEPi International Staff and other chapters 
  • Keep MyAEPi up to date with current officers. 
  • Updates chapter materials in a timely manner including but not limited to the chapter constitution, bylaws, and records of chapter structure.
  • Collects all debts owed to the chapter in a timely manner,
  • Pays any and all chapter obligations in full by all deadlines,
  • Works with his chapter and executive board to develop a balanced budget,
  • Adheres to the balanced budget developed.
  • Files appropriate tax form to maintain tax exempt status.
  • Develops and maintains a proper website, newsletter, and social media platform
  • Maintains consistent chapter branding
  • Meets and abides by all brand standards set forth by the International Office’s Communications Department
  • Works consistently and progressively with one or more chapters
  • Who supports the Executive Office in driving AEPi’s mission
  • Who supports International staff in driving specific goals.
  • Organized a well rounded program schedule
  • Worked in coordination with all committee chairs
  • Filled all minor board positions possible before the end of the first month of their term
  • Represents the values of AEPi to the greater campus community
  • Holds leadership positions in influential organizations outside of the chapter
  • Connects his chapter and Brothers to organizations outside of the chapter
  • Brother who acted against antisemitism on campus
  • Spoke out publicly in response to an antisemitic incident
  • Managed and executed a campaign to combat antisemitism and/or educate greater community on antisemitism

  • Brother serves on a board of another Jewish/Israel organization
  • Brother manages and executes a Jewish event for entire Jewish community on campus
  • Generated a rush list that was shared with International Headquarters
  • Had an overall increase in amount of rushes and bids accepted when compared to previous semesters
  • Promote rush events via social media before, during, and after rush
  • Sets and exceeds chapter recruitment goals
  • Hosts pre and post event rush comm meetings
  • Holds committee accountable for making contact with rushees on list
  • Must be a rising sophomore or junior (exceptions can be made for founding fathers)
  • Must have engaged in at least two committees and chaired at least one
  • Must have had an active involvement in rush
  • Chapter must have paid dues in full
  • Must have increased # of programmatic events when compared to previous year
  • Must have had an increase in amount of philanthropic dollars raised (extra consideration for OPP)
  • Must have had an increase in size of new member classes
  • Must not have been sanctioned or disciplined by headquarters and/or the school within the last year
  • Must have been actively communicated with their IHQ staff
  • Must be involved in greater campus community
  • Brother contacts HQ to start an expansion and/or works with HQ to start an expansion
  • Is a very active founding father or in helping the founding fathers if at a different school
  • Is outstanding at helping rush other founding fathers
  • Brother represents his chapter in an outstanding way
  • Promotes Judaism in Canada in a positive way
  • Communicates with HQ when needed and attends International meetings
  • An individual achievement greatly benefited their chapter and/or AEPi as a whole
