As the world’s Jewish Fraternity, Alpha Epsilon Pi is proud to include an International Rabbi among its international lay leadership. Alpha Epsilon Pi’s International Rabbi acts as the organization’s spiritual leader and advisor to the Supreme Board of Governors, Fiscal Control Board, AEPi Foundation, and Executive Staff, as well as regional and local volunteers.
The Board of Rabbis is a standing committee of the Supreme Board of Governors of Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, led by the International Rabbi. The Board shall endeavor to support and enhance the Jewish identity and Jewish values of AEPi brothers on the international, national, regional and local levels in accordance with the mission of Alpha Epsilon Pi. The Board shall be comprised of ordained Rabbis who are brothers of Alpha Epsilon Pi. The Board of Rabbis shall be comprised of brothers from a cross-section of Jewish backgrounds, denominations, and geographic regions. Further descriptions of the positions can be found here.
Applications for service as International Rabbi or as a member of the Board of Rabbis are open to ordained Rabbis who are brothers of Alpha Epsilon Pi. Appointment shall be for a term of one fraternal year. Applications for service for the 2016-2017 fraternal year must be submitted by November 1, 2016.
