This year, #AEPi108 will be taking place on two separate Sundays, July 18 and 25.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, AEPi Convention will be hosted in several cities across the United States rather than in one, central location. You can find more information about each city in our location tab.

Undergraduate Brothers are encouraged to register for the city and location that is closest to them on either Sunday, July 18 or Sunday, July 25. Programming is the same at each location. You are not required to attend the location closest to where you attend school (e.g. If you attend Kent State University, but live in San Francisco, you may attend the Convention in that location)

Convention is free for all undergraduate Brothers to attend, thanks to alumni donors who are happy to support and sponsor educational opportunities like this for undergraduate Brothers like you. All you have to do is register.

This year’s Convention is open to all undergraduate Brothers who will be in the United States at the time and locations listed here. The only alumni in attendance will be staff and volunteers helping run sessions at each location.

No, you will not be required to show proof of vaccination in order to attend. However, you should stay home if you are sick or have been near someone who thinks they may have, or have been exposed to COVID-19 or have been near someone who may have.

Yes. All attendees, staff and volunteers will be required to wear one on the location premises at all time. AEPi will also be following all local, state and federal health guidelines at the time. The Fraternity continues to monitor situations surrounding COVID-19 and will advise attendees of any changes to the event.

There are several locations for this year’s Convention, and you can expect a mix of indoor and outdoor at all of them.

This is an AEPi Convention! Please come dressed in an AEPi shirt, letters, hat, or whatever swag shows that you’re #ProudtobeaPi. Need to order some new apparel to show off when you arrive? Check out the AEPi store

Each location has parking available. If you attend the Convention in Atlanta, at the AEPi Georgia Tech house, there are two parking garages nearby.

Yes, lunch will be provided at 1:00 PM at every location.
