Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, Inc. is providing me access to view and post messages to one or more interactive internet web page(s) maintained for Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, Inc. by its vendor. I will be issued an individual user ID and/or password to facilitate this access.

I agree that I will not share my individual user ID and/or password with any other person or allow any other person to access or use my individual user ID and/or password.

I agree that I will not post any material or take any actions that (i) infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including those regarding export control); (iii) are defamatory, trade libelous, threatening, harassing, or obscene; (iv) interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent of causing an excessive or disproportionate load on Kintera or its licensors or suppliers' infrastructure; (v) involves knowingly distributing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines; (vi) involves the preparation and/or distribution of “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes” or the like; (vii) would encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws or regulations; or (viii) involves the unauthorized entry to any machine.

I agree that Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, Inc. may deactivate my individual user ID and/or password and/or terminate or suspend my access to the interactive internet web page(s) at its sole discretion for any reason including failure to comply with the foregoing terms and conditions.”
