Leadership Development and Campus Relations

One reason fraternity members do so well after college is the leadership skills that they develop from managing various chapter operations. It is the job of every chapter to encourage and train its younger brothers to become leaders in the chapter and in the community.

By getting involved with other Greek organizations, general campus organizations, and the surrounding community chapters can maximize their exposure and leverage their manpower for worthwhile causes. Each of our chapters should view itself as a part of a larger community, and should program its events accordingly.
