Alpha Epsilon Pi, North America's Jewish Fraternity, has recently experienced tremendous growth in our membership and in our visibility within the Jewish, Greek, and campus communities. As of May 31, we initiated over 2100 men for the first time in our history. While our numbers have increased dramatically, it is the quality of the men whom we are initiating in which we take the most pride. As Alpha Epsilon Pi enters a new phase in its history, it will be important to both initiate quality men and maintain quality chapters. Only through hard work, vision, and attention to detail will our chapters meet their potential. The International Fraternity's volunteers and staff are committed to helping our chapters and colonies achieve excellence in all areas of programming. We recognize and appreciate that this will be an ongoing process and partnership between the International Fraternity and each of our chapters. We fully understand that not every chapter will be able to accomplish all of the suggestions during the academic year. It is our intention to help each chapter progress towards completing these goals. This is the first step of many in our fraternity's Commitment to Excellence. This section of our site outlines many responsibilities, objectives, and goals in each of the nine different areas that we have identified as being central to the success of every chapter. Each chapter will receive a comprehensive visit from their consultant, or other member of the International Fraternity to address each of the components. Each chapter will receive a score out of a possible 150 points based on their performance. Please examine each of these sections carefully. If in any area you feel that your chapter is lacking our Educational Leadership Consultants are trained to help your chapter in every area of Commitment to Excellence. We hope that you will use them and learn from their expertise. |
