Throughout my time in AEPi, I have come to appreciate what our brotherhood truly means both locally and internationally. I have been fortunate to serve my chapter at Ohio State as Rush Chair and as Master and it has been incredible to be a part of our growth from 50 men to over 100. I was able to help recruit our largest pledge class in chapter history as well as our largest donation to the AEPi International Philanthropy. We successfully raised over $19,000 for Chai Lifeline by executing a 7 day 24/7 Barbecue on campus, where we gave away food for donations. I also coordinated and participated in our first ever Alternative Winter Break where ten brothers from our chapter volunteered in New Orleans, building houses for a week. In addition to learning from my experience within my Chapter, I have also able to learn about our international organization by visiting other chapters, by attending conclaves and convention, and also by helping to start up a new colony. I would like to serve as Undergraduate Supreme Governor for the upcoming year to assist chapters in what ever way possible. I have learned that many of the issues that a chapter faces are similar to the issues of other chapters. With this, I would like to help foster communication between chapters so that they can share how they successfully tackled these difficult challenges. Next, I would like to help promote events where chapters collaborate together. This can help with rush, brotherhood, and philanthropy in particular. It is important to help our brothers understand that brotherhood extends beyond just our chapters. Finally, I want to make sure that chapters are as informed as possible about grants and other resources that are available to them. In these times, money can be difficult to come by, and I want to encourage chapters to apply for grants so that they can do more programming. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I feel that I have the experience in this organization to successfully represent your needs on the Board of Governors next year. Thank you for your time and consideration. -Micah Kamrass-

Narrative

When I first started AEPi at the University of North Texas, I wanted to be the best leader that I could be. After being a successful president, I needed to find someone to take over that passion that I have for this fraternity. Aaron Stayman would be an excellent candidate for undergraduate supreme governor because of all his leadership skills. As rush chair, Aaron has been working so hard to get more guys involved within the fraternity and outside the fraternity. He has been keeping contact with other chapters and keeps getting advice to better our colony. Aaron worked with Hillel as well, and is now Hillel president as well as Lt Master with our chapter. Aaron has shown the greatest leadership I have ever seen in an individual. Our success has come from him, and our drive to succeed as a chapter has come from his heart. He is well organized with whatever he does, and he never quits what he starts. If you select Aaron as supreme governor for undergraduates, you will find that because of his leadership skills he be the greatest asset that AEPi has ever seen, and next year will be great because of all the passion he has for AEPi.
