From August 4-8, 2010, Alpha Epsilon Pi will celebrate our 97 years together at the Marriott New Orleans in the historic French Quarter. Start making your plans for this summer so you can join us for the fun and festivities.
Hotel rates are only $119 a night for the entirety of convention for up to quadruple occupancy. This rate is only good till July 15, 2010, so be sure to book soon.

What to Pack- A jacket and tie are required for Supreme Council and Model Initiation on Friday and the Gala Banquet on Saturday night. The hotel does have a pool and a gym, so bring appropriate clothes if you wish to make use of the facilities.
Meals- All meals served are Kosher style (no mixed meat and dairy, and no pork or shellfish). If this is all you require as far as dietary requirements select a regular meal when you register. Vegetarian or Glatt Kosher meals are available if you so desire. Please note that Glatt meals are pre-packaged tv dinner style meals.
Reimbursment- All brothers are welcome and encouraged to attend convention, however only the one chief delegate from each chapter or colony will be reimbursed (generally the Master). The chief delegate is reimbursed for his convention registration fee as well as travel (airfare/drive) expense up to the cheapest round trip ticket price or mileage from his Chapter city. All chapters to be reimbursed must attend all convention programming and not have any chapter delinquencies with the International Office. In order to receive reimbursment the chapters must book rooms at the Marriott Hotel under our group code. Additionally all chief delegates must submit in advance of convention their travel cost to the International Office via fax at 317-876-1057 or email to Ann@aepi.org.
